I know some of you don't check your VJC emails, so here is what Mr Teo briefed on in an email: Some of you have been enquiring about the test, that according to the schedule, is happening next week. Please note that the test will happen during your 5th Chem period for the week, not during the test period. It is just a 30 min short quiz intended to encourage you to build up your familiarity on chemical symbols and chemical formulae, the language that will help you much as we go further in our study of Chemistry. =). Do know the symbols of the first 20 elements well, as well as how to write chemical formulae when given the chemical name of a substance and also how to do the opposite. The first 2 periods for the week will be on the set of notes on chemical symbols and formulae. Remember to fill up the symbols till the table at the top of page 5 before you come to class. The next 2 periods will be the continuation of your presentations for the separation experiments if your class is not done yet. The last period or the week is reserved for the test. __________________________________________________________ YEPYEP. Study hard if you must. We shld win V13 in it!!!
